ARENA POLICY

VENUE & RATES

UPSTAIRS

1. Minimum guarantee required: 50 Pax.

2. Rs. 25,000/- will be charged if the number of persons is less than 50.

3.Outside catering is prohibited on the upstairs.

ARENA GROUND FLOOR

1. The rental cost is Rs. 1,00,000/- plus GST. Includes adjacent lawn, fully air-conditioned ground floor, and tiered seating overlooking the TURF.

2. Rental fees waived if catering is done by RGC, with a minimum guarantee of 175 guests (menu-based options).

3.Extra charge of Rs. 10,000/- applies if the venue is needed a day earlier (subject to availability).

ARENA EXTENDED LAWN

1.Rental fees waived if catering is done by RGC, with a minimum guarantee of 150 guests (menu-based options).

2.Designated cooking area provided for outside catering. Cleaning charge: Rs. 10,000/- plus GST.

3.Cleaning fee: Rs. 7,000/- plus GST (excluding kitchen area).

4.Extra charge of Rs. 10,000/- applies if the venue is needed a day earlier (subject to availability).

ARENA GROUND FLOOR & EXTENDED LAWN

1.Rental fee: Rs. 1,75,000/- plus GST. Includes the adjacent lawn, Extended Lawn, fully air-conditioned ground floor, and tiered seating facing the TURF.

2.Rental fees waived if catering is done by RGC, with a minimum guarantee of 300 guests (menu-based options).

3.Cleaning fee: Rs. 7,000/- plus GST (excluding kitchen area)..

4.Designated cooking area provided for outside catering. Cleaning charge: Rs. 10,000/- plus GST.

5.Extra charge of Rs. 20,000/- applies if the venue is needed a day earlier (subject to availability).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. TBookings are available only to members for their immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandchildren).

2.50% of the booking value must be paid within a day to confirm the venue. The Club is not obligated to hold the venue without advance payment.

3. No tentative bookings are held for more than 24 hours.

4.Bookings for non-immediate family require Managing Committee approval.

5.Members are responsible for any damage to RGC property, as determined by the management, to be settled within one week.

6.Occasional bar license must be obtained from the Excise Department for bar setups.

7.Decorations may start at 11 AM on the event day and must be cleared by 11 AM the next day. Late clearance incurs a Rs. 25,000/- charge.

8.Entry for private parties is through the Arena gate unless prior permission is obtained for the main club entrance.

9.Music/DJ performances are allowed only until 10 PM (STRICTLY). Fireworks, open flames, and other restricted items are strictly prohibited (Rs. 25,000/- penalty for violations).

CANCELLATION POLICY

1Cancellation between booking and 2 days before the event: 50% charges apply.

2.Cancellation less than 2 days before the event: 100% charges apply.

3.No cancellation charges for cancellations due to natural phenomena.

CLEARANCES AND PERMISSIONS

1. Organizers must obtain all necessary permissions from local authorities and submit copies to the Club before the event starts.

2.Fire retardant materials and fire safety guidelines must be adhered to by organizers.
